Can I make a reservation to rent a Jet Ski (PWC)?
Yes! You can book online to reserve your PWC rental.
Do you allow walk ins or do I need to make a reservation?
For 2019, we do not allow walk-ins as we are a mobile operation. You can make a reservation online, or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
I’ve never been on a jet ski before, is it dangerous?
Like any motorized Adventure Sport Activity there are risks involved. However our PWC are equipped with IBR (intelligent brake & reverse) making them one of the safest PWC on the water.
How much does it cost? What payment methods do you accept?
Please visit our rates & pricing page. Although reservations do require a credit card to reserve online, We do accept all major credit cards, debit & cash which you may choose to pay with at the time of rental.
Do I have to wear a wetsuit?
No, Generally at this time of the year standard swimwear will do. However if you do own a wetsuit & wish to maximize your experience by playing in the swells of the Howe Sound we do recommend you bring it with you.
Am I going to get wet?
When out on the water, there is always the chance of getting wet!
How fast can they go?
Our 90 hp H/O average about 80 km/h but depends upon the rider.
Will the weather affect my Jet Ski Rental?
We are open rain or shine! However, if in the event of heavy rain, wind warnings, or thunderstorms, it will be at the customers discretion and obligation to reschedule your trip for a different time or day. Trips returned due to inclement weather will be rescheduled for a later date or refunded with a gift certificate if needed.
Do you provide the proper life jackets in the rental or do I need to bring my own?
Squamish Jet Ski Rentals, provides each costumer with Canadian Life Guard Approved lifejackets.
What tours do you offer?
There are no tours being offered currently for the 2019 Season but will be offering a variety of tours in the near future.
What are the age restrictions?
The driver of the PWC must be 19 years of age & hold a valid drivers license. Passengers between the ages of 6 -16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
When is your latest rental time slot?
Sunset run departs 1 hour prior to closing, times vary depending on the time of season. Please refer to our rates & pricing for exact times.
What time should I plan to arrive before my booking time?
Please arrive NO later than 30 minutes prior to booking. This will allow for sufficient time for completion of waiver, boaters license, safety orientation, & as well our companies rules & regulations of operating the PWC on the waters of the Howe Sound.
How old do I have to be to sign my own waiver?
You must be 19 years of age or older to sign your waiver. Anyone under 19 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them.
What is the best time to be out on the water?
We find the morning sessions to be our favourite time to be out on the water. During the mornings, water tends to be flat & with a lack of boat traffic makes getting out into the sound more easily navigable.
Are there bathrooms & or change rooms available?
As a mobile operation for the remainder of 2019 we do not have facilities. We ask that your arrive dressed appropriately and ready to go out on the water.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48hr cancellation notice for groups of 5 or less, for larger groups of 6 or more we require 5 days cancellation notice. There is a 50% cancellation fee on all late cancellation notices.
What if I don’t show up for my rental? Do you hold any deposits?
If you are a “no-show” or “cancellation” occurs the day of the reservation you will be charged 50% of the reservation fee. For more details please refer to our cancellation policy
Are there any Health Restrictions which may prohibit one from enjoying such Activities?
Adventure Sport Activities are not recommended for individuals whom are pregnant, suffer from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If you are in doubt, please please consult your physician prior to participation.
Will I need to pay for the gas in the jet ski?
NO! All our Rental slots come gassed up & ready to go.

What kind of jet ski’s do you offer?
For 2019 We offer new Sea-Doo Spark Trixx. Each ski can hold up to two people and offer great speed, stabilization and safety for all customers.
Do you require a deposit for damage?
Yes, we require a credit card pre-authorization of $1500 per jetski rented.
